Quality assurance and satisfaction of services rendered are our primary
goal. In a effort to continuously improve technical service and support,
we need to hear from you, our customers. To that end, we have created an
Issue Resolution Form’ encouraging you to escalate problems and share concerns with
management. Any Supportdesk call can be easily escalated to our Quality Assurance team,
this allows both you and your client to get quick resolutions to any problem that may
arise.
Client Support Setup
If we provide the support for your clients as one of the features of your account.
You will need to create your own custom support desk URL for your clients.
Use the Account name, password and email provided in your original login email.
